ERIK BJORKMAN   CELLO

Erik Bjorkman is an active cellist and educator in the Hudson Valley. He graduated from the Crane School of Music with a B.M. in Music Education, where he studied cello performance under the direction of Dr. Mathias Wexler. Erik also had the pleasure to study with Eileen Moon, Associate Principal Cellist of the New York Philharmonic. He is a member of both the Greater Newburgh Symphony Orchestra and the Woodstock Symphony Orchestra. Erik currently teaches Strings at South Orangetown Central School District. He residesin Highland Mills, N.Y.
